West Downtown Tyler is set to welcome a luxurious new addition with the development of West Oak Villages. Scheduled for completion in spring 2026, this four-story, urban-style mid-rise will feature 98 high-end residential units, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom apartments.

In addition to upscale living spaces, the development will include a ground-level retail area, providing convenient shopping and dining options for residents and visitors alike. Other on-site amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a business hub for remote professionals, and an inviting outdoor pool area.

Across the street from the apartment complex, West Oak Property Development is planning further expansion with a five-story residential building called Gardens at West Oak and a shopping center named West Oak Plaza. The latter is expected to include a mix of retail stores and possibly a small grocery store, enhancing convenience for local residents.

This project is part of a broader initiative to revitalize downtown Tyler, following the successful launch of the West Oak Townhomes community. The entire development is strategically located at 700 W Erwin Street, just two blocks from Tyler’s downtown square redevelopment, making it a prime location for urban dwellers.
